President Obama signs ABLE Act

If you haven’t already heard…President Barack Obama signed the Achieving a Better Life Experience, or ABLE, Act a couple weeks ago paving the way for people with disabilities to open tax-free savings accounts where they can amass more than $2,000 without losing government benefits. To be eligible, individuals must have a condition that occurred before age 26 and each person may only open one ABLE account.   1. my only reply is I am a single mom w child who has autism and because the gov says I make 2 much gross pay he doesn get 2 receive any financial help…. so since I can’t afford more than my bills what programs will fund activities 2 better my sons life…. my son gets 2 suffer because I have 2 choose 2 pay bills and keep my job that keeps me away from him because I can not force us into poverty…..any suggestions are greatly welcomed…. abandoned in Iowa
